About Jérôme Fougeray
JF Racing Events was founded by Jérôme Fougeray, a Le Mans native whose passion for endurance racing began at an early age. Born into the heart of motorsport culture, he has built a career driven by performance, precision and long-term collaboration within international racing environments.
Over the course of his professional journey, Jérôme has worked with leading motorsport organisations including Courage, Oreca and TOYOTA GAZOO Racing. Throughout these experiences, he has continuously developed strong operational expertise, an extensive professional network and a deep understanding of the demands of top-level motorsport, while sharing his passion with a global community of partners and collaborators.
A long-standing collaboration with TOYOTA GAZOO Racing within the FIA World Endurance Championship began in 2012 and continues today. Initially contributing as part of the Oreca structure, and since 2023 through JF Racing Events based in Le Mans, Jérôme has been a consistent contributor to the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing programme across multiple 24 Hours of Le Mans and World Championship campaigns.
Working as an independent Marketing Coordinator in collaboration with TOYOTA GAZOO Racing, Jérôme’s responsibilities include the on-time and on-budget delivery of hospitality services, including at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, logistics management for drivers and senior executives, coordination of on-site branding and ticketing, and direct operational support to team management to ensure smooth race operations.
Today, as Founder of JF Racing Events, Jérôme Fougeray supports teams, manufacturers, sponsors and event organisers through motorsport consulting, management and strategic project coordination, bringing experience, commitment and attention to detail to every project.
Jérôme’s deep understanding of motorsport, combined with a strong work ethic and hands-on approach, ensures that no detail is overlooked in the pursuit of performance, reliability and long-term success.
